Welcome to our practice
Here's what to expect at your initial appointment.
When you come in, we'll ask you to fill out a patient questionnaire and medical history. These forms are important - they help determine how we treat you (and how we don't). We have to know about allergies, sensitivity to anesthetics, long-term medications - your whole health picture. In order to save your time, you can print out the forms here and bring it with you on your first visit.
Examination itself needs about 30 to 45 minutes to check your teeth, gums, jaw alignment, and soft tissues. We'll take x-rays to see the areas that are not clinically visible.
We look forward to meeting you. We think our patients are special people, and we'll make a special effort to develop open lines of communications with them.
